Spotlight encourages all members to be kind and generous to one another, creating a space for open and productive conversations.
To maintain a welcoming environment free from inappropriate behavior, harassment,or discrimination, we ask that any concerns regarding conduct be reported to the event staff. You can also report issues confidentially via email at info@spotlightconf.com.
Your safety and comfort are our utmost priority, and we will take all reports seriously, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If an attendee engages in harassing behavior, the Spotlight organizers may take action, such as warning the offender or expelling them from the event.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please inform the organizers immediately or send a confidential report to info@spotlightconf.com.
