Our pricing is simple and transparent for 2025. Tickets start at their lowest price and will increase over time according to the timeline on our Registration page. Book early to get the best rate—prices will only go up as we get closer to the event.
Yes! While keeping the format you loved in 2024, we're adding more content for 2025. You'll find additional stages with keynote speakers that everyone can attend without RSVP. We're also adding more mastermind sessions, which will still need reservations to keep their small-group format.
If you can’t join Spotlight anymore (we’re sorry to hear that!) you can cancel your participation by sending an email to info@spotlightconf.com. Please mention in the email the name and email address the ticket was purchased under, as well as the ticket type purchased. If you cancel before 12pm CET on September 30th, 2025 you are entitled to a full refund.
Email info@spotlightconf.com with your name, email address, current ticket type, and desired upgrade (All-access or VIP Pass). The upgrade fee is simply the difference between the current ticket price and the price you already paid. Upgrades are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is not guaranteed. Once confirmed, you'll receive your new ticket with all additional benefits so you can be ready to solve your challenges in our mastermind sessions.
No—only mastermind sessions need an RSVP. The Main Keynote Stage is open to all attendees, while the Enterprise Stage is exclusively for All Access and VIP Pass holders. No RSVP is needed for either stage. Mastermind session spots will be released progressively in phases, beginning in September, to give everyone a fair chance to attend.
Mastermind sessions will open for booking starting in September 2025 and will be relased progressively in phases and announce exact dates and times on the Spotlight website and through our dedicated app (launching in September for streamlined booking). The new app will make securing your favorite sessions quicker and more intuitive. Follow our social media and watch for the app release announcement to ensure you're ready when booking phases begin.
Navigate to the 'Agenda' section in the Spotlight app to browse sessions. Reserve your spot by tapping the 'Reserve seat' button for each session you'd like to attend. View your registered sessions in 'My Agenda'.
Yes, you can book up to 3 mastermind sessions. But don't worry—most of the conference content doesn't need a reservation. All keynote stages, networking areas, interactive experiences, and refreshment stations are open to everyone throughout the day.
